Application: rigid endoscopy The cable can resist to mechanical solicitations and includes a heat filter necessary for a use with xenon light sources. It can be adapted on any major manufacturer equipment.

Standard adapters Other features  - Durability: The cable sleeve is reinforced to ensure the best protection to the optical glass fiber bundle. The interchangeable end on light source side allows a quick and easy change of the system most vulnerable part for better product durability.  - Heat control: It is possible to provide two levels of heat filter (50% or 98 % of the infra-red light stopped) for a full protection of the lit tissues when using a Xenon light source while keeping the full visible light intensity.  - Electrical insulation: The cable is designed to protect the patient from a defect of the light source that would put a tension at the light end of the cable.  - Sterilisation: The cable is fully autoclavable at 135°C / 274° F.  - Identification: A silicone coloured ring allows to differentiate several cables of a same medical unit.
